The client’s brief was to refurbish, remodel and extend an existing country house to create a modern family home. We carried out a measured survey, developed a series of concepts that matched their brief, applied for and obtained planning consent, worked up a detailed set of construction drawings, obtained competitive tenders and acted as Project Managers to completion.
